- FEMA and State Mental Health Crisis trained first responder, Sally StJohn assisted at 9/11 Incident Command Center, was among the first on the scene at LVMPD for 1 OCT and debriefed community members of Moore OK after the devastating tornado of 2013. In time of crisis, she provided in person and online therapy, trainings and debriefings for fellow first responders and community members.
